About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Flying from Viet Nam to the United States transferred at Beijing International airport

do I need to cheek in my luggage again at PEK?

If the flights you take are the same airline company or you holding the connecting tickets, it is not necessary to recheck your luggage at PEK in general.
But in order to make sure, it is suggested contact the airline company to confirm at the airline company directly.
