About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

"Enter By" date of November 9, 2013

My manager has a Chinese Visa with an "Enter By" date of November 9, 2013. He is approved for a stay of 60 days. If he travels the first week of November 2013 will he be able to return to the US without issue before the end of that same month. I do not want it to expire while he is outside the country visiting Shanghai. Please advise me.

Hi, he can enter any date before Nov.9 and stay full 60 days with no problem. I am not sure if it is a sinlge entry, if yes, it means he can not re-enter again once he leave mainland PRC.
