About:China Embassy in Thailand

Tourist visa L enter by plane and exit via land to Laos

Is it posible to get a China L type with just one way plane ticket and leaving the country by road to Laos?
As far as I read, you must have a return ticket to get the L type. Is this correct, or can I get the L type just with the one way ticket from Bangkok to PRC

Leli, if you happen to know someone in PRC, you can ask the person to write you an invitation letter, so that the round-trip tickets are not required for submission. If you don't know anyone, you have to submit the tickets. One-way ticket is not enough. You need to show an exit ticket. In your case, you can provide a train ticket from PRC to Laos.
