can i study with z (working) visa?

Question

I am planning to work in China at least for 2 years, i already got Z and very soon i will start working , but at the same time i got scholarship for PhD from CSC... i know that student who has X cant work, but in my case can i study? i would like to study and work at the same time...but only if its not against the law. Thank you!

Personally I think you can study on your work Z type because a person can not be granted two visas at the same time, and you get your work Z legally with all documents needed. You can also check with the Chinese embassy directly for more information. Anyway, enjoy your visit!
