Lost the Alien registration card in China

I am a Chinese. I lost my Korean alien registration card in Shanghai. I have to go back to Korea on 28th August (2013). I have D-2 type for more than six months. What should I do for this? At the airport immigration, what should I provide to prove it? Do I need to get a certificate from Korea?

First, report your loss to the local PSB. Then, go to the nearest South Korean embassy or consulate and see if they can help you with this. The contact info is listed above.
