Which section of Great Wall would you like to visit?
Anyway, you can take a high-speed train to travel from SH to Beijing first. It costs CNY309-408 for a second class seat and CNY648-696 for a first class seat.

You will arrive at Beijing South Railway Station, where you can transfer to local subway to Jishuitan or Dongzhimen Station. The MTR fare is CNY2 per person.

To Badaling, you can take bus no, 919 or 880 at Denshengmen, which is within walking distance from Jishuitan Station. The bus fare is CNY12 per person. The entrance fee of the wall is CNY45. The cable car costs CNY60 for a single journey and CNY80 for round trip.

To Muyianyu, you can take bus no, 867 at Dongzhimen. It costs CNY16 per person. The entrance fee is CNY45 and the cable car costs CNY45 for a single journey and CNY65 for round trip.

If you wanna know other fees, I am glad to help.

For PSB, do you refer to the SH Municipal Bureau of Public Security on No. 128, South Wuning Road?
If so, I think the Hanting Hotel (South Wuning Road Branch) is suggested. It is just oppsite of the PSB.
