Will it be possible for me to apply for a PRC visa while I am in Okinawa?

I am a U.S. citizen in Taiwan. In October I will be traveling to Okinawa. If so, where? Thank You

Yes, it is possible. You can apply through a travel agency from the Chinese consulate in Fukuoka.
