About:China Visa

What type visa do I need to visit my daughter?

I have daughter living in China. I hope to visit her in Oct 2013. Also I have a tour planned in Feb 2014. Should I get single entry for each trip? Or can I get a multi-entry one that would cover both trips? I have not bought tickets for the Oct visit yet? Can an email serve as an invitation letter for the Oct trip?

Hi, if you book tickets and hotels for both trips, then you are able to apply for a double entry tourist L. Otherwise, you need to apply twice, one for each trip. Visiting your daughter requires an invitation letter from her, and copies of her passport, and residence permit.
