can i get a transit visa in the shanghai airport (pu dong) to hongqiao??

Question

I have a connecting flight to South Korea and I would need to change airports from Pu dong to Hongqiao and I am an Indian citizen. Can I find a transit visa in the airport itself or would I need to go to the embassy previously?

How long will you stay in the city to make the transfer between Pudong and Hongqiao airport?If you make the transfer within 24 hours, the visa is not needed, so it is no need to get a visa at the airport.
