About:Hong Kong Airport Express

We want to know if we can use the free shuttle from HK hotel to airport leaving to South Africa.

For HK hotel, do you refer to a specif hotel in HK?
If so, would you mind tell me which hotel do you live and I may help you to check whether you can use the free shuttle or not.
As far as I know, only some travelers staying in certain hotels and intend to use the airport express can use the free shuttle buses operated by MTR company.
