what is the best option from changsha and if i come from guangzhou

Yes, there are regular direct buses between Changsha West Bus Station and FH. It should be the best way to the destination.

You mentioned that you come from Guangzhou to Changsha, but would you travel by train or by air? Then I can tell you the best way to FH.

i will be coming in by train , is there bus service still available in the afternoon?, coz if i take bullet train from guangzhou to changsha , i will arrive in changsha by 11 am already, if i take the earliest train ,

Yes, there are. Buses depart from West Bus Station to FH in the afternoon are available at 14:20 and 17:20.

But by bullet train, you will arrive at Changsha South Railway Station, which is much closer to Lituo Express Coach Station, around 2km between. There you can also take a bus to FH. In the afternoon, they are scheduled at 15:00 and 16:30.
