Minimum qualification requirement for Z visa for Indians

Hello, I am from India. Please let me know what is the minimum qualification required to get a Z visa. I have done my diploma in mechanical engineering.

In order to apply for a Z type one, you need to find an employer first. Your employer should get the work permit for you first. Then you bring your passport (valid for six months at least and with two blank pages), a completed application form stuck with a recent passport size photo, invitation letter of duly authorized unit or confirmation letter of invitation and your work permit to apply at Chinese embassy in your country.
