hi i'll be traveling to lijiang and shangrila around Non 11-16. Will it be too cold for kids?

The average temperature is around -6 to 10C during that time. I think it is a little bit cold for kids. If you really want to take the kids, it is suggested to take down jackets and sweaters for them.1
