About:Chinese Embassy in Oman

I am traviling to Tokyo through Guangzhou airport and I have 20 hour transit time. do I need visa?

I am traviling with my family on 24/8/2013 to Tokyo through Guangzhou air port and we will ahve 20 hour transit time. do we need to apply, or there is a hotel inside we can stay until next flight.

You are not required one since you just stay less than 20 hours at the airport. Most airlines provide accommodations for their transit passengers. So I think you may ask your airline and see if it provide accommodation to you.
