I'm afraid there is no direct bus operating between PVG and Lishui. It is suggested to take shuttle bus line 5 to local main railway station, walk from which to the nearby General Bus Station. There you can take a direct bus to Lishui. Buses for the journey are scheduled at 09:10, 12:25 and 16:30.
