Are there showers in Terminal 2 of Beijing Airport that business class passengers of Air France or KLM may use?

I think you can use the VIP lounges of China Southern Air in T2 and in their lounges, you can find places to have shower.
The first Class Lounge of China Southern Air is the first lounge on the left side along the horizontal elevator after the security check post.
