Shower at Pudong Shanghai? Manicure? Pedicure? Massage?

I will be transiting (12hrs) through Pudong Shanghai airport next week.
Can I shower? Massage? Manicure and pedicure at the airport?
What would be the cost?

There are VIP lounges in both T1, T2 and S1. But it seems that they are not open to all passengers. I see some economy class passengers buy the service online at CNY 60-150.
