Shower facilities

Hi, are there any shower facilities at the airport, before or after security in terminal 3 international departure?

There are sleeping pods Take a Nap in T3 and you can use the bathroom.

Yes, but you need to book a sleeping pod to use the bathroom. The bathroom is not inside the pods.
