About:China Customs Declaration

medications or medicine, need to be declared even if in transit for a night in Shanghai?

If you don't get out of the airport, it should be not necessary to declare that.

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes I will have to leave the airport to stay overnight while in transit to Europe.

For your case, you may consider to store the lugagge and the medications in the airport and just leave the airport with some necessity. Then you don't need to declare that.

Have you been in Shanghai Pudong Airport? If yes would you please give me some directions where I can safely leave my luggage.
