japan bejijng amsterdam

I am flight from japan to amsterdam, during this trip I will make an overnight stop in Bejijng. I am from the Netherlands and as far as I can see I do not need a visa, because I will stay less than 24h. Can I just go out of the airport and come back a day later, or do I have the arrange a 24h permit at the embassies, the airport or at my flight company?

Hi, if you want to go out of the airport during stopover, you need to apply for a Free Stay Permit after arrival at the airport. It is easy to get with your passport and flight ticket.
