Will I get branded gadgets that are manufactured in china at lower prices than in India?

I will be tavelling to qingdao in mid august and i would like to buy products such as portable hard drives, pen drives, mobiles etc that are generally made in china at cheaper rate than I can get in India.Is it possible?
