About:Beijing Travel

National Day 2013 in Beijing, will the silk district open

We fly to that city on Oct. 6 and will be in the City until we depart for Tianjin to get on a cruise ship which leaves Oct. 8. This will be our 3rd time in BJ so we will not be going to the main attractions. We do want to go to the Silk District building. Will it be open?
