2 stopovers in Bejing

Hi I am flying from London to Bangkok and back via Beijing in December/January and have 2 18h stopovers in Beijing. Do I need a transit G, since I am going to be there twice within 3 weeks or can I stay free on both occassions? I will try to do some sightseeing in Beijing. I have got a Polish passport.

You can stay free on both stopovers in Beijing. So just show your passport and flight ticket for leaving when apply for the free stay permit at the Beijing Capital airport.
