Well, between Apri. and May and around Sep. to Oct. shall be the best time to tour BJ.

I think the best time is august becauuse we have been there that time.
in fact i think summer is the best time for travelling to chin.

In august, it's a little bit hot outside. I would suggest you pay a visit to that city at middle of Oct. or early May.
