About:China Business Visa

Can you submit two invitation letters if one doesn't have all the necessary information?

I'm going to China on business and the organization inviting me sent a letter with the names, DOB, gender, stamp and signature, etc. of everyone going on the business trip. However, the dates on this invitation letter are slightly different than my actual arrival and departure dates. I have another letter from the organization that is a personal invitation with the correct arrival and departure dates, but this letter doesn't have the organization's official stamp. Since between the two letters all the correct information is there, can I submit both to the Consulate and get my visa issues without any trouble?

Generally, the dates of arrival and departure are only a reference for consular officers to make decision. The first invitation letter from the organization is enough for your application. If you are still worried, you can take the other one for preparation in case of the officers raise questions about the letter your provided.
