About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

US citizen, chinese visa , seoul

I'm an american citizen, US passport holder.Is there any way to get chinese L from Hong Kong

ARC card valid for 6 months is required if you apply in Seoul. Personally, I think it is quite easy for you to get one in HK if a short trip there is possible. The office there requires that the applicant should be physically in HK when submit application. You can also entrust a travel agency for the application if necessary.
