About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

HKG to Beijing to Washington DC and make transfer.

I will take Air China from HKG to BJ and then take United Airline from BJ to Washington DC. So do I need to check in my luggage again at the BJ Airport?

ASince you are making a international to international transfer with the same airline, so you do not need to check in your luggage at the airport in general.

Not from same airline. One is Air China and then United.

I am afraid you may need to check in your luggage again in BJ. But in order to make sure, it is suggested to ask the Air China directly, so that you will not make any mistakes.
