Do I need to appear in person in Washington, DC for China Passport Renewal?
The Chinese Embassy in Houston was closed and I reside in Houston. Do I need to appear in person in Washington, DC to renew my Chinese Passport please? And then return to DC to pick it up? Do I need to fill out a brand new Passport form, or is there a Renewal form? Also, I cannot get an appointment on the Chinese Embassy website? Can you please help me?
