About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Residency Permit

I am currently living in China and met my boyfriend here, we are both foreigners. He holds a residency permit because he works here and I am now on a tourist visa. Since then, we have had a child and our child has a residency permit (dependent) through my boyfriend. As we are not married, is it possible for me to get a residency permit because my child has a residency permit and was born in China?

I am afraid that you may not get one since you don't get married with your BF.
