STAYING AT CELEBRITY SERVICE APARTMENTS, SHANGHAI IS FINE....SUGGEST !

I AM VISITING ON 31ST DECEMBER AND DEPARTING ON 04TH JAN'2014 HOW IS THE CLIMATE IN THIS PERIOD NORMALLY, AND I HAVE BOOKED MY ROOMS IN CELEBRITY SERVICE APARTMENTS, No.1077 Xie Tu Road, Huangpu. IS THIS LOCATION IS NEAR BUND, SHOPPING/STREET MARKET OR VERY FAR-OFF. PLEASE SUGGEST ME TO PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

The average temperature during your staying is around 0 to 10C and it is humid.
For your hotel, it is a little bit far from the bund. It is about 5 to 6km between the two places. Your hotel is near Tianzifang, so shopping and traveling is not difficult for you.
