How much is a kite in Beijing? Are the available any place? Where is the best place to buy?

It depends on what kind kite do you want to buy? Generally speaking, a big common one costs about 20 to 30RMB.
I know a traditional kite shop at No. 198, Caihuying East Street, Fengtai District. You can take the local subway line 4 to reach South Railway Station and then change to take a taxi to reach there.
