want to know luggage allowed on china eastern economy class from new delhi to shanghai

Hi , I am travelling on china eastern airline from new delhi to shanghai on 8th july.Kindly let me know the free luggage allowed in terms of weight and dimensions and about checked in and carry on luggage.Also please let me know about the charges for extra luggage

The carry-on baggage may not exceed 5 Kg, and the dimension should be smaller than 55×40×20 cm for each, including the briefcase and traveling bag. For economy class ticket, you are only allowed to carry one piece of hand baggage. For free check-in luggage, economy class passenger can take baggages less than 20 Kg. And the dimension cannot exceed 100×60×40cm for each.

And I heard for the extra weight baggage, you may need to pay the fare that is 1.5% of your ticket fee. What do you think?
