I am Chinese; I need a new Chinese passport in my new Australian married name, HOW?

can I send certified documents to the Chinese Embassy in Sydney? We live in Port Macquarie

Sorry, you can't send it to the Chinese consulate in Sydney. You have to come in person to renew your passport.
