I get PhD admission in China, for visa, is it necessary the my degrees should be verified from HEC?

yes, you need only terminal degree attested by HEC and then by Foreign Office.1

Thanks for quick reply. I did master degree, so it means this degree should be verified, will it be necessary to verify the trancript of master degree too. I read insturuction on your website about the documents required for visa on study. there is not mention about the verification of degrees from HEC.
