About:Visa Policy of China

Document reqyuirement for Chinese L visa

Hi, I am a student from The Gambia. I already have one month chinese business F and it just expired currently while i am in The Gambia! I am now interested of applying for chinese tourist L. Please tell me the documents i need to applying for it.

An Invitation Letter for Tourist issued by a Duly Authorized Tourist Agency is required, as well as the round-trip ticket and hotel booking. Other basic ones are your passport, application form and photo. Sometimes, you may need to provide financial support for application as well.

Would you mind to kindly educate me how to get such an invitation letter. Is there is anyway to have L without invitation and can one be rejected because of not issueing bank statement?

You can contact a Chinese travel agency for the invitation letter. Bank statement is a financial support to cover your expense for travel. If it is required by the consular officer, you have to provide it. Otherwise, your application will be denied.
