First, you need to find an employer and ask him/her to help you apply for the work permit. Then, you need to provide a Chinese resume, your original diploma and its copy version translated into Chinese and stamped with the translation company's seal, copies of your passport and health certificate, a recent passport size photo, a job application form, 2 years work experience paper (if you have). Last, go to the local police station to apply for it. Actually, your employer should do their best to help you get it.
