Validity of my my visa!

Hi I'm a Filipino citizen. My madam bring me here for the third p. First is on February, second is on march and last is on june. I'm working in Singapore and my madam is a Chinese citizen. But before that when we are applying in Singapore, the embassy said that I can only enter china twice in a year but I still entered china. My visa will expired on july5 how if I will stay here for a few days or a week without renewing my visa will it be the cause of charging me for overstaying?

It won't be regarded as overstaying if you stay in Singapore. In order to stay in Singapore, you need to provide valid document that allows you to stay there. I think you need to apply for a new one if you want to get back to China again.
