missing item from china. tracking number is RR666386816CN....

I ordered from china over a month ago...when I try to track it, it says status NULL...was my item lost?

Here is the latest information online:
"27.06.2013, 6251, Ilirska Bistrica - Trnovo, Pošiljka vročena". I cannot understand that, but hope help!
