Chinese L-Visa apply in Japan as German

So i am going to tokyo for 3 days and i have a valid F right now which will expire as soon as i leave the country.
So i need to apply for a new tourist L in japan which i will need then asap. I read on the embassy page that i can only apply for it if i have a japanese long-term residence(at least 6 months) permit, which i don't have.

Is it possible to apply for the new L while im still in china also?

Hi, you can try to ask for an extension before leaving at local PSB (Public Security Bureau) with one more entry.
