About:China Transit Visa

Transit visa for two airport layovers

Hi, I plan on travelling to India from USA with an Indian passport. The China Eastern Airlines itinerary has two layovers (Pudong & Kunming) which both add up to more than 24 hours. Do I need a transit G if I don't intend to get out of either airport?

Yes, you have to apply for a transit G in advance in USA if the transit time in total is longer than 24 hours.
