About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Can I apply to you directly? How do I pay visa fee?

I visited the Chinese Embassy in Accra Ghana and it has been closed for a while. It opened today and the waiting time there is just terrible. Open hours and days are too short to process for all the people there and no proper care is given to those of us going to Hong Kong. They don't pick phone calls, they don't answer emails and they have no information desk which assists those going to Hong Kong with enquiries. One Ghanaian man who selects applicants to enter the embassy refused to give any details concerning HK applications. He asked me to ask another applicant who gave me advice that I should contact you directly and gave some remarks about the poor way the embassy handles HK applicants.

The bottom line is I am no longer interested in applying through embassy in Accra Ghana. How can I directly apply to you.

Sorry, you may mistake this site for the embassy. The truth is you have to apply from the Chinese embassy in Accra, or you can have a try to send your application to HK Immigration Department directly. This site is only a travel agency concerning China tours and providing general information about application.

Yaa it's rather unfortunate this site is only a travel agency am very sorry how you feel about situations and treatments at the embassy, spending one full day or more is nothing least to expect when it comes to the processes after this is just your time of collection and everything is over. Thrust me i went through the same situation some years back and my only advice to you is to take one at a time since it's the only gate way for your visa, sending your application to HK Immigration Department directly can be more frustrating than it sounds especially when you have no idea how to go about it so a few advice as to how to go about planning for your routine, first remember patience move mountains, mistakes are very hard to correct when it comes to this situations and no one in the embassy actually cares much about the time you spend waiting or what so ever brought you there so be prepared for anything. 1.when ever you are going for your submission get to the embassy at least 7:30 am, this should give you enough time to ask people around questions, there are lot of agents to contact but i'll advice you not to trust anybody down there until you are 99.9% sure of whom u're dealing with, i wish i could directly help with a contact but first try on your own and in case of emergency beyoung your control you can contact me back 2. carry everything- all necessary documents along even if its just a piece of paper- no one can be too careful, failure to do so means you will have to start all over again and can even lead to a greater chance of being refused and more frustrating than your current situation so just calm down and take it one at a time. please let me know what ever happens later.good luck
