Yaa it's rather unfortunate this site is only a travel agency am very sorry how you feel about situations and treatments at the embassy, spending one full day or more is nothing least to expect when it comes to the processes after this is just your time of collection and everything is over. Thrust me i went through the same situation some years back and my only advice to you is to take one at a time since it's the only gate way for your visa, sending your application to HK Immigration Department directly can be more frustrating than it sounds especially when you have no idea how to go about it so a few advice as to how to go about planning for your routine, first remember patience move mountains, mistakes are very hard to correct when it comes to this situations and no one in the embassy actually cares much about the time you spend waiting or what so ever brought you there so be prepared for anything. 1.when ever you are going for your submission get to the embassy at least 7:30 am, this should give you enough time to ask people around questions, there are lot of agents to contact but i'll advice you not to trust anybody down there until you are 99.9% sure of whom u're dealing with, i wish i could directly help with a contact but first try on your own and in case of emergency beyoung your control you can contact me back 2. carry everything- all necessary documents along even if its just a piece of paper- no one can be too careful, failure to do so means you will have to start all over again and can even lead to a greater chance of being refused and more frustrating than your current situation so just calm down and take it one at a time. please let me know what ever happens later.good luck
