I have a flight that is connected in Beijing on different tickets. Can I still use Hourly Lounge?

Hi,

I have 2 different tickets booked. One is that I will arrive from Tokyo and land in BJ airport at around 10:25 p.m. on 29th of June. (Delta Airlines)
Then I have to leave the airport, to claim my baggage, and then I have another (international) flight at 11:35 a.m. on 30th of June (so it's around 11 hour difference). (Austrian Airlines)
Since I have to claim my bag as I booked these tickets on different times, and with different airlines (not a connected flight), my question is will I be able to use the Hourly Lounge in T3.

I don't know if I can go through Check-in at this late hour and check-in my bag (will probably be after 11 p.m., as I have to find my way around the airport), and get a ticket for the flight. I think the ticket is necessary to enter the airport and use the Hourly Lounge (the one on T3). Is it still possible to do that late?

What are my options here, as I don't want to leave the airport vicinity?
Or is it, that I have to stay outside the airport, till the gates are opened in the morning? (it's warm, so there is no problem in that I think :) )
