At PEK Terminal 3. Do I still have to go through all of the things listed in the international departure?

I think it's enough. Do you have your luggage checked through at FOC and is your ticket a interline one? If yes, then you just need to get the boarding pass, go through the Customs and wait. If no, then you may need to collect your luggage, go through the security check and recheck it in.
