About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

where is bank of china at the arrival at pudong international airport? do they charge commission for currency exchange?

Actually, I just find Bank of China at the Departure Hall. To exchange currency at Arrival Hall, you can go to Pudong Development Bank or HSBC(Hong Kong and SH Banking Corporation).

Yes, you need to pay the commission charge.
