Will there be a career change or promotion likely to happen for me this year ?Birth date: March 21 1977.

I feel quite complacent in my current job. Surrounded by negative people, my manager who is hopeless and when corrected argues that his the righteous one. Having been comfortable in my job and earning good money but not content. I have mixed emotions whether I should leave my role because I feel management are planning to get rid of me. Or apply within other departments or take the risk and go for a new career elsewhere with much lower salary.
