Transferring between Shanghai airports and then flying to Bangkok with Romanian passport

Hi there, I will be transferring from Hongqiao to Pu Dong airport.From Pu Dong I fly to Bangkok.. I have about 5 hours in between flights. I have a Romanian passport. Will I be able to do so without getting a visa beforehand?
