Wondering how to pack for June/July to Yinchuan.. Do I need a raincoat? Warm clothes?

Hi, I suggest you take along both long-sleeved and short-sleeved shirts 'cause there is large temperature gap between daytime and nighttime. Summer clothes, a light jacket and regular jeans shall be needed. In June, most days would be sunny and in July, thunderstorm may happen for several days, so you can prepare simple rfainy gear or raincoat.

I teach and live in Yinchuan. Yinchuan is a dessert city so it rarely rains here, there would not be thunderstorms for 2 days just a brief shower or night time rain maybe average once a month at best. Yinchuan at the moment is currently so humid. In my apartment i have 2 fans on constant and just a wall of hot air in here-wishing i had aircon. If coming in early June you be fine with a light jumper it would not be that cold at night.
