how about singapore - beijing,then, bj - malaysia (transit) - singapore?

Hello,I have two separate tickets: Singapore -> Beijing, and then and BJ-> Malaysia (transit) -> Singapore.In the second ticket, I will transit through Malaysia. Can you please advise on this case with reasons? Thanks!
