re-entering china

Question

Hi, I worked in Beijing for around 2 years having work permit ofc and now I came back to India last month. my employer most likely cancelled my work visa but there is no cancellation of residence permit on my passport and it is valid till Jan 2014.So my question is am I eligible to go back to Beijing again on this residence permit without applying for any new one. My intentions are to find job there as it is difficult to find from India here. Please advise on R permit status and any advise on how can I find jobs in Beijing?

Hi, don't risk doing this or getting into any trouble. This is not allowed actually. You should find a job first and restart work Z application in India.
