About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Residential Visa for Daughter-in-Law.

Hi,
I am an Australian citizen, married to a Chinese-born Australian citizen. My Husband and I were married in Anhui, in 2012. We have a three-year-old daughter. We are researching as to how my daughter and I can go live in Anhui, with my Father and Mother-in-Law? My Husband came into Australia over 20 years ago.
Are my daughter and I eligible for any type, to go and live with my in-laws, WITHOUT my Husband? I am looking at Residential Ds, but not sure if we're eligible? I think my daughter is... but not me. Could you please know me which Visa we're both eligible for?
I looked at Z, so I could also work.... but I do not have a completed degree.
I anticipate your response. Kind Regards.

1. Passport
2. application form
3. A recent 2-inch photo with white or light blue background
4. Invitation letter from your father and mother-in-law
5. ID card, Household Register of the inviter.
6. Proof of relationship.
BTW, you are suggested to contact CVASC directly for more information.
